All About That Thrift

HAI GUYS! Hope your week has been off to a good start!

As you may know now, I enjoy the art of thrifting. It's fun, exciting and you get to find one of a kind pieces that no one else might have. So for today's post I thought I show you guys an entire outfit that's been thrifted. Excluding the belt, which I can't remember where I got it from.

Also I will be leaving a link to my latest Youtube video, so make sure to check that out too! Till next time, GOODBAIII!

Denim & White

BACK FROM THE DEAD.

HAI GUYS! I'm back from the dead! Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I was without internet service and I traveled to NYC for the first time this past weekend! But I'm back with a new post! After putting this outfit together I came to realize that I need to wear more denim and white. On top of that, I felt extremely comforable and that's always a plus. For a while now I been searching for a pair of high-waisted denim shorts, but either they were to expensive or just not the ones I wanted. Turns out I had to travel all the way to New York to find a pair. I visited Crossroads Trading, which is a very well known thrift store, especially to fashion bloggers. I had to go check it out, and in doing so I ended up finding and buying these cute Arizona shorts for only $13! I was a happy camper.

I paired them up with my Zara white top and my new pair of New Balance high-top sneakers I purchased at one of the NY UO stores. I also tried the top knot bun and I think it will now be my go-to hairstyle! If I can manage to finally learn how to do it on myself without my sister's help (hairstyles are not my forte). Hope you guys like this outfit of the day post! Till next time! GOODBAII.

THRIFT HAUL: Girl On a Mission

Hi guys! So a couple of weeks ago I went thrifting on the mission to find myself a pair of mom jeans. I thought I'd share with you guys some of the things I ended up finding, and whether or not my mission was accomplished. So click on the video below to find out!

And in advance thanks for watching! GOODBAIII

Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July! Hope you guys enjoy the day and remain safe while doing so. For those of you who still have no idea what to wear for today's event and need a little outfit inspo, here's an ootd for you!

I wore a simple blue jumpsuit and paired it with a braided belt. Jumpsuits are perfect because it makes it easier for you to have an outfit all in one. They are also quite comforable and fun to play with it. I added my black hat and a pair of sunglasses for a bit of an outdoor easy vibe look and my american flag high-top coverse to go along with the 4th of July theme! My goal in this outfit was to achieve comfort and functionality. Nothing is worse than feeling uncomforatble in an oufit, in an event you're suppose to enjoy. So have fun experimenting and playing around with different options, I'm sure you'll find something that will make you feel good!

Mom Jeans x 4th of July

For quite some time now I was on the hunt for a pair of mom jeans. Now I had come across some, but it was just too much for my pocket to afford and honestly I couldn't afford to risk it it and be broke. So I opted for the next best option....THRIFTING. I went thrifting on the mission to find a pair and after racks of jeans I came across not only one, but TWO of them. And the best part was it was all under $5! Can I get an AMEN?

If you guys are looking for something to wear for this upcoming 4th of July, then maybe I can help.
Red, white and blue are obviously the theme colors. However you don't want to be super cliche or corny about it. Sometimes less and simple is more. If you own a pair of mom jeans, try pairing it up with simple top with not so much going on, whether red or white, it is great way to still represent the theme, but no be too over the top. This also gives you more room to play with other parts of your outfit! And if you want a pop of color, try a colored hat or colored lip. It'd be sure to give you that extra detail! If you don't feel like wearing heels, sandals or sneakers, try a boot of your selection. It'll make your outfit fun and edgy!

Hope this helps you guys get an idea of what to wear or just spark some style inspiration. And happy early 4th of July!

SHOE HAUL: Saving Your Feet

Hi guys! Hope your Monday started off well! And if not, go get yourself a donut, you deserve it!

Today's post is on shoes! Shoes are an important accesory to have, but it's also important that your feet feel safe and pain free.

If you have sensitive feet like I do, then you know the constant struggle of finding a pair of shoes that won't destroy your feet. So I thought I'd share with you guys a little shoe haul of some the shoes I own that are easy to wear, comfortable and won't make your feet hurt!

Feel free to comment, subscribe and share with your friends!

Sunflowers

Hey guys! Anyone feeling that summer heat yet? Cause down here in Miami we sure are! I try not to go outside to avoid from melting. Just a few minutes out and you're already sweating. Anywho, I had this little sunflower maxi skirt hidden in my closet and took it out for some summer heat.  I wanted to go for a laidback look so I paired it up with this simple hat and my slip-on sneakers. I feel like maxi skirts give off the illusion that I'm taller than I am, which isn't a bad thing. Hope you guys enjoy this little outfit of the day post! Till next time :)
