In Partnership with Madewell

If there's one thing I'm obsessed with it is definitelty jackets. All kinds of jackets. It is one of the pieces I have most in my closet and can't ever get enough of. I love being able to layer a cool jacket over a simple outfit that will automatically elevate my look. I'm also always cold, so having a nice jacket that will help me stay cool is a bonus!

In partnership with Madewell, the oh so cool and effortelss brand, I got the opportunity to style one of their awesome and classic denim jackets with their cutest floral print bandana I am totally OBSESSED with! Since I live here in Miami, Florida, it's important for me to stay cool and not die from the heat, so I paired the denim jacket with a cute pair of highwaisted tan shorts and a simple white tee. This allows me to add a pop of color with the floral bandana and give my outfit some character. To dress up my look, I wore my buckeled booties for a dressy statement!

If you're looking for a great denim jacket and are a student, make sure to head on over to Madewell to use their student discount! Their giving a special 20% off in-store discount through 9/15! I don't know about you guys, but I love a great discount :) And don't worry, if for some reason you can't make it, they still have a regular 15% student discount at all times. I bet you're happy you're a student now, huh?

Random Moments

Reasons why I love taking photos:

The photos below were all moments I was able to capture by accident. In the first photo, I kept running back and forth setting a timer so that we can pose for the photo, but instead all we could do is laugh and could never get the pose right. For the second photo, I was trying to make my friend laugh and smile, so I kept yelling random things till I found the perfect moment to capture him smiling. As for the last photo, I was just playing around with the camera to figure out the perfect lighting, and I decided to take a random test shot to see how things looked.

Sometimes, the best photos and moments are captured when you're not forcing anything and just let things happen.
